Hi! My name is Nadin. Thanks for visiting Layali! You know me as a food enthusiast, but that’s hasn’t always been the case. I graduated with a Psychology Major to work around people and young kids, but my passion is food. I was born and raised in Aleppo, Syria and have caught the food taste roots since. 

I have always been passionate about food. When I was kid, I moved far away from Aleppo, and didn’t know the first thing about cooking. I taught myself to cook out of motivation to experience the same flavors I experienced growing up in the kitchens of my mother, aunt and grandmother. I started teaching myself how to cook. I applied my cooking skills to specialty foods and sweet treats, which I craved, and this started my daily cooking creations! With each dish or dessert, I came up with a new idea or concept, and my passion grew.

I love hearing and learning from customers to give them more of what they want to see. I enjoy seeing how people worldwide cook with me, and encounter new flavors and foods! My followers on Instagram are incredibly engaged, and I love seeing the meals they make for their families from recipes I’ve created!
